How to Activate
Log in to the Topstep Dashboard
Click Accounts on the left side
Click Add-ons on the top left
Click Activate on the Practice Account option
👉 To close your Practice Account, follow the same steps and click Unsubscribe instead.
👉 To Reset your Practice Account: click Unsubscribe, then click Activate to create a new one.

I can't activate my Practice Account — what should I check?
In order to have a Practice Account, you must have an active Trading Combine subscription. If your subscription is canceled or you only have an Express Funded Account, the Practice Account add-on will not work.
Additionally, an incomplete KYC verification may be the cause. Check your email for the KYC form, complete it, then return to the Add-ons page and try again. KYC is also required for new Trading Combine purchases.

If your Trading Combine subscription is already canceled and your Practice Account shows as Ineligible, the Unsubscribe button may not be available. In this case, please contact our Support Team and we'll close the account for you.
