How does it work?

Topstep's Discord server now uses verified roles to create a more transparent and focused trading community. Verified Traders get access to role-based channels, deeper conversations, and a safer space to connect with other members. Unverified members can still view most channels but will not be able to chat, engage, or access support and coaching.

Connecting your Discord account to the Topstep dashboard allows you to access exclusive community features and verification roles. Follow these simple steps to authorize your account and seamlessly integrate your profile with the official server.

  1. Sign into your Topstep Dashboard.

FAQ

What happens if I do not verify?

Your roles will be removed and participation will be limited to Onboarding channels. You can still view most channels and see announcements, but you will not be able to chat, engage, or receive support.

Why do I need to verify my Discord account?

Verifying links your Topstep account to your Discord profile so your role updates automatically as you progress through the program. It ensures you have access to the right channels for where you are in your trading journey.

Will other members be able to see my role?

Yes, roles are visible to the community by design so members know who they are trading alongside.

My role is incorrect. What should I do?

Start by unlinking and re-syncing from your Trader Dashboard. That typically resolves the issue. If your role is still incorrect after re-syncing, reach out to Trader Support for help.
