Getting Started with the Topstep Dashboard

Your command center for tracking progress, managing accounts, and handling Payouts and Resets — all in real time

The Basics

One place. Everything in real time. The Dashboard is where you track progress, manage accounts, and handle Payouts and Resets — the moment you need to. To get started, create a new profile with your existing Topstep email or a new one.


What You Can Do on the Dashboard

  1. Instant Express Funded Account® (XFA) Activation — Hit your Profit Target and activate your XFA in real time.

  2. Payout Tracker & Instant Deductions — Monitor Payout requests in real time. Amounts deduct instantly so you can get back to trading.

  3. Resets Extend Rebill Dates — Each Reset adds 30 days to your rebill date.

  4. Performance Stats — Real-time trading progress and metrics.

  5. Account & Profile Management — Manage Resets, rebill dates, and Payouts in one place.

  6. KYC & Funded Trader Certificates — Submit KYC documents and view funded certificates and Payout statuses directly in the platform.


How does the Reset Bank work?

Every Trading Combine® Rebill adds 1 Reset Credit to your Reset Bank. Credits are tied to a specific account size and path (Standard, Daily Loss Limit, or No Activation Fee) and expire 1 year after issue.

👉 Your Dashboard shows: how many Reset Credits you have, which sizes and paths they apply to, and expiration dates. The system always applies the oldest matching Reset Credit first.

How to Apply a Reset

  1. Log into your Topstep Dashboard.

  2. Select the active Trading Combine® you want to Reset.

  3. Click Reset.

  4. If you have eligible Reset Credits, you'll see how many apply.

  5. Confirm the Reset.

No eligible Reset Credit? You can purchase one directly for that account size and path.


Changing Your Email Address

To update your email, contact Trader Support with:

  • Your Topstep username

  • Last 4 digits of the card on file

This verifies your identity so we can process the request quickly. Review our Single Profile Policy below before reaching out.

Changing Your Name

Minor typos or errors in your legal name? Trader Support can correct those.

We cannot update a profile to reflect a completely different name, and we cannot transfer profiles between individuals. Contact Trader Support to get started.

Single Profile Policy

Each Trader is permitted one Topstep profile. Multiple profiles violate our Terms of Use and may result in:

  • Profiles or Trading Combines® closed without warning

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

Do not create a new profile when purchasing additional Trading Combines®. All accounts must live under a single profile. Profiles cannot be transferred between individuals.
