Topstep is a community. Real people, real standards. Act accordingly — or risk your standing in the program. These behaviors put your account at risk:
Excessive use of Express Funded Accounts® (XFAs) and trading irresponsibly within them
Intentionally depleting a Live Funded Account® (LFA) balance to force a failure
Being rude or disrespectful to Topstep employees or Discord Ambassadors
Constantly asking for Resets, freebies, or special exceptions
Threatening to write a bad review to get free or discounted Resets or Trading Combines
Using promo codes in unintended ways or abusing discounts
Opening an excessive number of support tickets or repeatedly calling support unnecessarily
Tagging Discord Ambassadors or Topstep employees excessively
Creating a toxic or negative atmosphere in the Discord community
Publicly posting private correspondence
Initiating chargebacks against Topstep
Sharing falsified images or screenshots
