Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing takes 7–10 business days. If it's been longer, check with your bank first, then contact Trader Support.

Accidentally Left Subscription On / Forgot to Cancel
Your Trading Combine® is a monthly subscription that Rebills approximately every 30 days until you pass or cancel. Managing your subscription is your responsibility.

If you forgot to cancel and have no trading activity, contact us within 28 days of the charge.
Charges not reported within 28 days are nonrefundable.
Each Rebill adds 1 Reset credit to your Reset Bank (same size and account type, expires 1 year from issue).
If you've already used the Reset credit from that Rebill, we cannot process a refund.
☝️ To request a refund, provide: transaction amount, date, last 4 digits of payment card, and a brief explanation.
Promotional Codes and Discounts
No refunds for:
Codes applied incorrectly
Purchases made outside promotion terms
Discounts or codes that were missed
Passed the Trading Combine® After a Recent Charge
If you pass shortly after a monthly payment, we cannot refund or prorate that payment. The subscription payment was required to keep your account active through to funding.
Once you earn funding, the subscription and all fees are considered used in full.
Resets
No refunds on Reset purchases — including accidentally resetting the wrong account or resetting the same account twice. Double-check your account number before resetting.
Level 2 Depth of Market Data
Depth of Market Data activates immediately upon purchase and Rebills monthly on the last day of every month for $38. Nonrefundable. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Activation Fee
No refunds on Activation Fee purchases, including accidental activations. Confirm the account name before paying.
Back2Funded
No refunds on Back2Funded purchases, including accidental reactivations. Confirm the account name before completing the purchase.
