Important Changes to Topstep Supported Platforms:
Starting July 7th, new Trading Combines will only be available on TopstepX. You can continue trading an active account on the platform that you have currently selected and will be able (if needed) to reset that account.
Starting August 1st, the ability to reset will only be available on TopstepX. You can still trade your active existing account. However, if the account hits the Maximum Loss Limit on a platform that is not TopstepX, you will no longer be able to reset that account. If that occurs, you will be able to activate a new account on TopstepX.

You can set custom risk settings on the Tradovate platform to lock your account if certain limits are reached. If these limits are reached, your account will be locked until the end of the trading session. It will unlock each day between 4:00 - 5:00 PM CT.
The following risk settings can be adjusted: Daily Loss Limit, Weekly Loss Limit, Daily Profit Trigger, and Weekly Profit Trigger.
You can unlock your account at any time by increasing the limits you set or by disabling the feature entirely.

To adjust your risk settings, follow these steps:
Click Application Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your Tradovate platform
Under the Accounts tab, choose your account and click Risk Settings.
Enable one or more Risk Settings for the chosen account, then click Save.
